With over 20 years of experience practicing Physiotherapy in Auburn, we take pride in our punctuality. If you are a first-time visitor to our practice, we kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes early to complete some necessary paperwork.
Our Physiotherapists will then engage in a comprehensive assessment, starting with an in-depth discussion about your injury or concerns, as well as an exploration of your lifestyle, occupation, sports/hobbies, and overall medical history to formulate a preliminary diagnosis.
Following this, they will conduct a thorough examination, explaining your diagnosis or any contributing factors in plain, understandable language. Treatment will be administered using evidence-based techniques, typically involving hands-on therapies, exercises, and personalized recommendations. Additionally, they will create an action plan tailored to your needs.
Schedule a Physiotherapy Appointment
Our standard Physiotherapy appointments are typically 30 minutes in duration, which is usually adequate for evaluating and treating a single area of concern. If you have multiple areas of concern or a more intricate issue, we recommend booking an extended session, a double session, or prioritizing the specific area you’d like us to address.
What Are the Physiotherapy Costs?
For private patients, fees are payable at the time of service. We do offer HICAPS services for your convenience, so please ensure you bring your private health card with you, as we require the magnetic strip to process your rebate efficiently!
Workers Compensation and Comprehensive Third Party Claims
We welcome patients with coverage under Third Party insurance plans. To facilitate your treatment, please bring all relevant paperwork, scans, and letters from your doctors to your initial appointment. However, we are more than happy to accommodate you with one of our other highly experienced practitioners.
To secure your appointment booking, we kindly request that you provide us with a Letter of Liability, details of your insurance company, claim number, and the contact information of your Case Manager via email or fax. Failure to provide this information may necessitate payment for your treatment as a private patient.
If your case involves multiple areas of concern, is complex, or if you have previously received treatment from a physiotherapist for the same injury, additional information may be required. Please feel free to email us for further clarification and details in such cases.
